With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, a Master’s in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and an early career in Finance and Controlling, he is used to role such as Chairman/President, CEO / CFO / CRO and member of various Boards of Directors Maurizio is an Executive Manager with experience gained in various industrial sectors operating by mass production or production to order: Machinery, Food, Aviation/Defence, Chemical/ Pharma, FMCG, Media / Publishing, Logistics, Trading and Shipping industries. Fields in which he has successfully led important transformation processes. After an early career in Finance and Control, he held top positions in Reckitt & Colman, Rizzoli Corriere della Sera, CoeClerici, ASW Farmaceutici, Domopan, Getronics. He is one of the founders of Duke&Kay, and since 2004 he has mainly worked with Private Equity Funds, leading both development (Performance Improvement) and industrial e financial Restructuring projects. In the last few years, he has successfully led, directly or through the selected Executives / Partners, some of the major Restructuring and Turnaround projects in terms of size and complexity (Azelis, Lucchini, Tekfor, Targetti, Mosaicon, Seves, Metalcam), due to the crisis that hit all sectors since 2008. Thanks to these experiences, he is in contact with the heads of Restructuring and Corporate departments of the most important European Banks and the main Financial Advisors and International Law Offices.

With more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, Paola worked for several middle-large companies in challenging contexts of various organizational and strategic complexity, covering different industries. She focused her attention on the search and selection processes, assessment centers, headhunting, to provide clients with permanent or interim management solutions. Paola started her career in a financial services company as Area Manager North Italy/HR Manager in charge of the start-up of all the agencies in north Italy. With 2 master degree in Human Resources Management and more than 15 years in the world of HR international consulting firms, to date she is the HR Equity Partner of Duke&Kay. Together with the management Team involved in a Duke&Kay restructuring or a performance improvement project, she is involved in the redefinition process of the organizational structure as far as Human Resources issues. Moreover, she is responsible for the search and selection of Executives involved in Duke&Kay projects, for Talents Acquisition strategy and she supports Client Companies with Permanent or Interim Management solutions. Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures at “La Sapienza” University in Rome.
