With more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, Paola worked for several middle-large companies in challenging contexts of various organizational and strategic complexity, covering different industries. She focused her attention on the search and selection processes, assessment centers, headhunting, to provide clients with permanent or interim management solutions.
Paola started her career in a financial services company as Area Manager North Italy/HR Manager in charge of the start-up of all the agencies in north Italy.
With 2 master degree in Human Resources Management and more than 15 years in the world of HR international consulting firms, to date she is the HR Equity Partner of Duke&Kay.
Together with the management Team involved in a Duke&Kay restructuring or a performance improvement project, she is involved in the redefinition process of the organizational structure as far as Human Resources issues. Moreover, she is responsible for the search and selection of Executives involved in Duke&Kay projects, for Talents Acquisition strategy and she supports Client Companies with Permanent or Interim Management solutions.
Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures at “La Sapienza” University in Rome. She speaks English and French fluently.
